Welcome to tailymade.com ("TailyMade"). By placing an order you agree to the following terms.

Made-to-Order Products

Our products are personalized and made to order. Product images on the site illustrate the craftsmanship; your finished piece is produced from the photo and details you provide and the design preview you approve. Minor variations in color and material finish are a natural part of handmade production.

Your Content

By uploading a photo or text for personalization, you confirm that you own the content or have the right to use it, and you grant us a limited license to use it solely to produce your order and its design preview. We will not use your content for any other purpose without your permission. You are responsible for the accuracy of the personalization details you submit and approve (including name spelling and dates).

Design Preview & Approval

We provide a free design preview before crafting. Production begins only after your approval; the approved preview defines what will be crafted.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely at checkout by major credit cards and the payment methods shown in our footer. In the rare case of an obvious pricing error, we may cancel and fully refund the affected order.

Shipping, Returns & Cancellation

These are governed by our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

Intellectual Property

All site content, designs, and branding are the property of TailyMade and may not be reproduced without permission. Uploaded customer content remains the property of the customer.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
