Made to Order — How Timing Works
Every TailyMade piece is crafted individually from your pet's photo. After you place an order, our artists send a free design preview within 24 hours. Once you approve it, crafting begins right away. During peak seasons crafting may take slightly longer.
Order cut-off time is 6:00 PM EST on weekdays. Orders placed after the cut-off, or on weekends, begin processing the next business day.

We ship worldwide. Delivery estimates below are in business days (Monday–Friday) and include crafting time:
United States · Canada · Australia
- Free Shipping: 7–14 business days — FREE
- Expedited Shipping: 5–7 business days — $18.99
All Other Countries
- Free Shipping: 7–20 business days — FREE
- Expedited Shipping: 5–10 business days — $18.99
You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Need It by a Specific Date?
If your order is for a specific occasion (a birthday, an anniversary, a memorial service), please choose Expedited Shipping and contact us right after placing the order with the date you need. We will do our best to prioritize it, though we cannot guarantee delivery on an exact date due to carrier variability.
Customs & Duties
For international orders outside the US, any customs fees or import duties charged by your country are the responsibility of the recipient.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
